Ingredients
1 ½ cups rolled oats
¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed fruit (berries, banana slices, or mango)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway. Let cool.
- In a glass, layer Greek yogurt, homemade granola, and fruit. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
