Creamy Greek yogurt layered with crunchy granola, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup mixed fruit (berries, banana slices, or mango)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway. Let cool.
  • In a glass, layer Greek yogurt, homemade granola, and fruit. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
